There are four studios at the top of Folly Bridge House. They occupy the first and second floors. With big views over the River Thames and the historic heart of Oxford, they are perfect for friends or colleagues or a family seeking to be in the epicentre of the city and looking for something a bit different.
Situated on the first floor, Studios Salvia and Melissa have tall ceilings and big windows. You look over the old toll house, the arched magnificence of Folly Bridge with its crumbling piers. At night, they are lit up and reflected in the water. On the top floor, Studios Iris and Borago look out as far as the Chiltern Hills and down over the Thames as it meanders past Christ Church Meadows. Sun streams in all day.
The studios have their own kitchen dining and double bedroom area, equipped with the elegant necessities of city living, including fibre optic broadband and TV/DVDs.
The studios share Folly Bridge House’s funky wet room that let’s you stand under the rain shower and spy on the boats gliding down the river below. A second bathroom on the top floor is bright, new and has a strong shower. Chairs and tables by the river allow guests to watch the passing river life.
